Bernadette Casey Smith, daughter of alleged Bob Woodward source William Casey, speaks out. Casey Smith’s father, the former CIA Director, allegedly made a deathbed confession with regard to his knowledge of the Iran-Contra affair. Since that confession was published in Woodward’s book, Veil: The Secret Wars of the CIA1981-1987, many have come forward to say that it was impossible for Woodward to have been in the hospital bedroom at that time. The timing simply did not match with Woodward’s known schedule.
