James Patterson sits down with Greg Kelly to talk about co-authoring the new book Walk in my Combat Boots, which he co-wrote with First Sergeant US Army (Ret.) Matt Eversmann.
The book is a collection of powerful stories gathered by Patterson and Eversmann through hundreds of interviews with the heroes who have lived through battle.
Greg also asks Patterson to reflect on his own success, and his ability to tell stories—both true stories of heroism and crime; as well as his fictional thrillers. Patterson says it’s simple: He doesn’t have a work ethic, he has a play ethic.
This is part one of a two-part series on Walk in my Combat Boots. Matt Eversmann will sit down with Greg Kelly on his next episode.
